In this role, you’ll bring product stories, and design narratives to life through engaging animations and video content. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to elevate how Unosecur communicates visually across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Motion Design: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for a range of formats: product explainers, social media, marketing, and brand assets.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate complex product ideas into compelling visual narratives using 2D and 3D design techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and design teams to storyboard and align content with brand identity.
  • End-to-End Video Production: Handle the full cycle: from concept and storyboarding to animation and post-production editing.
  • Iteration & Improvement: Apply user insights, feedback, and performance data to iterate on design and enhance impact.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related role.
  • Design Skills: Strong visual composition and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and dynamic movement.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Creative Execution: Ability to design for both 2D and 3D environments, create detailed storyboards, and deliver high-quality animated content.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership: Capable of independently managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Lottie & Web Animation: Familiarity with Lottie animations and basic understanding of Webflow.
  • Design Thinking: Knowledge of user-centric design principles and iterative design workflows.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates a variety of animation styles and video editing capabilities.
