SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER (UI/UX)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) with 6–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end design processes across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, impactful user experiences that shape the future of our digital products. From user research to final pixels, your work will directly influence how our customers interact with our identity security platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design ownership: Lead end-to-end product design efforts: from discovery and ideation to delivering pixel-perfect UI across web and mobile.
• User research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design strategy.
• Design execution: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design execution with product vision and development goals.
• Design systems: Maintain and evolve Unosecur’s design system to support visual consistency and scalability.
• UX advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in product experiences.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture.
• Cybersecurity context: Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise use cases, particularly in identity security, dashboards, and SaaS environments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design across responsive web and/or mobile platforms.
• Design tools: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Research skills: Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability best practices.
• Agile workflow: Experience working in Agile teams and participating in design sprints or workshops.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate and present design rationale to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Technical fluency: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Problem solving: Highly organized, with strong analytical and time-management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Complex product design: Experience designing for enterprise dashboards, SaaS products, or cybersecurity platforms.
• Data-driven design: Comfort with interpreting analytics to optimize user experience.
• Motion design: Familiarity with micro-interactions and motion design principles to enhance user engagement.
