Product Designer
About the job
Founded by Santhosh Jayaprakash and headquartered in Berlin, Unosecur is a fast-growing, Pre-Series A startup with $5M in funding. We're a fast-growing B2B security SaaS platform making identity security smarter and simpler for enterprises worldwide. You’ll be part of a diverse team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and cross-border problem-solving. With cybersecurity now mission-critical, you’ll be building not just a career, but a future in one of tech’s most dynamic and resilient sectors. Joining Unosecur means stepping onto a global stage.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer with 6-9 years of experience who can turn complexity into clear, intuitive, and actionable experiences. You’ll own design features end-to-end, working across discovery, workflows, and polished UI to help users understand risks, respond faster, and make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working on deep, technical problem spaces, and can shape products from early-stage ideas to scalable systems. You won’t just design interfaces, you’ll help define how modern security products should work and feel.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process: research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → handoff
- Design for cybersecurity and enterprise workflows, simplifying complex systems into intuitive experiences
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define product direction
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear product flows and interaction models
- Build and maintain design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Work on 0→1 product development, shaping early-stage ideas into usable products
- Improve usability through iteration, feedback loops, and data-informed decisions
- Ensure consistency across web and platform experiences
- Contribute to product and design strategy, not just execution
What We’re Looking For
- 6-9+ years of experience in product design
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise UX
- Proven ability to work on 0→1 products and complex workflows
- Solid foundation in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Amplitude, Mix Panel, Hotjar
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, dev tools, or technical SaaS products
- Familiarity with security personas (SOC analysts, CISOs, etc.)
- Exposure to design ops / scaling design across teams
- Understanding of business metrics and product strategy
Impact You’ll Have
- Shape how users interact with complex security products
- Bring clarity to systems that are typically overwhelming and fragmented
- Help teams move from “just features” → thoughtful, decision-driven experiences
- Influence product direction, not just UI polish
