Our AI-driven Identity Security Platform brings deep visibility, enterprise-grade protection and automated IAM operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid and multicloud setups, reshaping how organisations protect human and non-human identities in real time. Unosecur has secured $5M in seed funding and is building its India team in Bangalore to scale product execution and work closely with global enterprise customers.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer-Facing Product Manager to own the interface between enterprise customers and internal product teams. This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, translating them into structured product inputs, and driving execution with engineering teams. You will ensure that customer needs are addressed in a scalable way while maintaining product stability and roadmap alignment.
What You’ll Do
Customer & Market Insight
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand product requirements, usecases, and pain points
- Conduct structured customer discussions and interviews to gather actionable insights
- Evaluate incoming requests to distinguish between one-off needs and scalable product opportunities
- Work closely with customer success and sales teams to capture feedback and improve product adoption
Product Strategy & Planning
- Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories
- Contribute to roadmap planning by balancing customer needs with long-term product strategy
- Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and cross-customer relevance
- Support decision-making on whether to build, defer, or decline feature requests
Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams to plan sprints and define delivery timelines
- Coordinate across teams to ensure clarity on scope, ownership, and timelines
- Track execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Act as the point of accountability for feature delivery and product outcomes
Product Stability & Improvement
- Identify and prioritise internal product gaps, performance issues, and usability challenges
- Drive improvements in product reliability and user experience
- Balance new feature development with fixing existing issues
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to align on product priorities
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivered product capabilities
- Support internal teams with product knowledge, documentation, and feature clarity
Who You Are
Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle customer conversations independently
- Experience in writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and working with engineering teams
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
- Background in customer success, solutions engineering, QA, or engineering transitioning into product
- Exposure to cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex product environments
- Familiarity with agile development practices and product analytics
