Why This Role Matters
As Head of Marketing, you will define how Unosecur is perceived in the global cybersecurity market. You will build and scale our marketing engine, shaping positioning, driving demand, enabling sales, and establishing Unosecur as a trusted authority in cloud identity security. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and growth, with ownership of strategy and execution.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Positioning
- Own Unosecur’s global marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and category narrative for cloud identity security.
- Conduct market, competitor, and ICP research across India, US, and EU.
- Establish Unosecur as a thought leader in identity and cloud security.
Go-To-Market & Demand Generation
- Lead GTM strategy for product launches and new features.
- Build scalable demand generation programs (content, events, digital, ABM, partnerships).
- Drive pipeline growth in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop sales enablement assets to support enterprise deals.
Brand & Content
- Own brand identity, voice, and external communications.
- Oversee content strategy including website, blogs, reports, case studies, and PR.
- Build industry visibility through analyst relations, influencers, and communities.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Design data-driven campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track marketing KPIs — pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, activation, and retention.
- Optimize channels and spend based on performance insights.
Team & Operations
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Proven success in scaling marketing for SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
- Strong experience in product marketing and GTM execution.
- Track record of building demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Excellent storytelling, messaging, and content instincts.
- Experience marketing to enterprise security or IT buyers.
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in global markets (India + US/EU) is a plus.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
